Intro to yoga is a 5 evening workshop specifically for students with little or no yoga experience. This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice.
The Lila Yoga teachers will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:
- Asana (Postures)
- Pranayama (Breath work)
Class starts Sunday, Sept 24, 2017.
Class meets on 5 Sunday nights @ 7:15-8:30pm (Sept 24, and Oct 1, 8, 15, 22).
