Pneuma lives in Denver, Colorado, and is a teacher and healer.She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and instructing Lila Yoga style of practice for 10 years.Yoga began as a curiosity for Pneuma but grew into a passion.She focuses on yoga as a lifestyle, yoga on the mat and off the mat.Yoga is a way of life, it's essentially mindfulness and connection; connection to the nonmaterial, oneself, others, the world, and to the Source Energy that makes up everything.She is honored to have been trained by Erica Kaufman, the most attuned yoga guru she's ever met and certainly ever practiced and trained with.Currently, Pneuma primarily works with clients privately throughout the Denver Metro area.
