Mark Mancuso

Mark is a recent follower of yoga. When deciding where to begin his practice Mark chose Lila Yoga. He enrolled in the Intro to Yoga class with teacher Erica Kaufman and shortly thereafter Mark embarked on a retreat to India with Erica where he found a deeper appreciation and understanding of yoga at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandurum in Chennai, India. Influenced by Erica’s teachings and philosophies, Mark will complete his 300 hour teaching certification in the fall of 2017. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Penn State University and is a broadcast meteorologist. To Mark, yoga and the weather are a perfect match. Both are closely tied to the transfer of energy, the creation of heat and the balance of nature.
