Free Yoga Classes for Penn State Students, Faculty & Staff

This is an inclusive yoga class in collaboration with Penn State Health & Human Development. All levels of experience are welcome*—faculty, staff, and students together! Modifications will be given. The course is free of charge for all.
The ‘Enhancing Wellbeing with Lila Yoga’ class integrates physical practices (yoga postures) with yoga philosophy, the elements of nature, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Because building community is part of this offering, we will make space for your questions, proposed topics, and needs during all sessions.
