Monday-Thursday 6-9am; Friday 6-10am; Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm

Day 1 Monday
Day 1: Plant Seeds of Intention-Devotion without Expectations.
Understanding the power of intentions and neuroplasticity in our yoga practice, and our daily life.

7:15am Earth Element as a Quality of Energy (prana) within our Yoga & Lives-Experiencing the ‘Root to Raise’ Connection.
8am Pada One-Holistic Alignment (body, breath, intentions), Teaching Cues, Clear Precise Assists, and Mindful Modifications

((Assignment: Memorize pads one sequencing, verbal cues, and silent mantras))

Day 2 Tuesday
Day 2: Utilizing Nourishing Tools within Motion-Skills to Navigate within the Moment
6am Lila Yoga Sun Salutations

7:15am Water Element as a Quality of Energy (prana) within our Yoga & Lives-Introducing Lila Explorations.
8am Pada Two-Aligning with Prana (during transitions from one asana to the next), Anatomical Teaching Cues, Clear Precise Assists, and Mindful Modifications
((Assignment: Memorize Pada Two sequencing, verbal cues, and silent mantras))

Day 3 Wednesday
Day 3: Breaking Out of the Shell-Forging into the New.
Fueled by the familiar, we energize into new possibilities.

7:15am Fire Element as a Quality of Energy (prana) within our Yoga & Lives-A Quicker Pace with Calm Alert Presence.
8am Pada Three-Anatomical Teaching Cues, Clear Precise Assists, and Mindful Modifications

Day 4 Thursday 6-9am
Day 4: Expansion, Rise, Fly
Learn the art of balance by connecting to currents within and around the body.

7:15am Air and Space/Time Elements as a Qualities of Energy (prana) within our Yoga & Lives
8am Pada Four-Somatics, Holistic Alignment, Anatomical Teaching Cues, Clear Precise Assists, and Mindful Modifications

((Assignment: Memorize sequencing, verbal cues, and silent mantras for Padas One-Three. Each participating teacher will be assigned specific sections from Pada One-Three to teach on Day 5.))

Day 5 Friday 6-10am
Day 5: The Art of Practicing Lila Yoga Sun Salutations
6am Lila Yoga Sun Salutations ((Pada One-Three taught by participating teachers))

8am Practicing skills to clarify, motivate, support, and inspire-noticing what we align ourselves with.
9am Pada Four and the Five Kosas-ways of being within a practice and ways of seeing a practice
((Assignment: memorize Pada Four and the closing sequence. Each participating teacher will be assigned to teach Pada 4 on Day 6 and to co-teach with Erica the full sequence. Outside practitioners are invited.))

Day 6 Saturday 8am-6pm
Day 6: The Art of Teaching Lila Yoga Sun Salutations
8am Lila Yoga Sun Salutations ((Pada Four taught by participating teachers))

10am Pedegogical Skills: demonstrating; observing; ways of teaching. Key muscles to support healthy postures and transitions
12pm Lunch
1:30-2:30 Lila Yoga Sun Salutations Group 1 co-taught with Erica OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

((Assignment: Each participating teacher will prepare to teach the full class and invite practitioners to take their class, Written exam on teaching cues, holistic alignment, silent mantras, and modifications will take place on Day 7.))

Day 7: Teaching & Celebrating
